Eligibility for Treatments
New clients must complete consultation forms before their appointment and provide accurate medical information. Certain medications or health conditions may prevent treatment, and SmoothAF reserves the right to refuse a session if it is deemed unsafe, or in cases of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or failure to comply with salon policies.
Appointments and Fees
All listed prices are subject to taxes. The full cost of the service is payable at the end of the treatment, and no credits will be issued.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a fee of $40 for sessions lasting 1 hour or less. For appointments lasting 2 to 3 hours, the cancellation fee is $80.
Failure to attend an appointment without notice ("no-show") will result in a charge of 50% of the total session cost, which must be paid in advance before your next appointment. Clients who frequently cancel at the last minute may be required to prepay for future sessions.
To avoid affecting the next client, please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the fees mentioned above may apply.
Treatment Preparation and Important Information
The area to be treated must be shaved before the appointment. Otherwise, a fee of $40 per zone may apply.
You must stop waxing, tweezing, or threading the treated area at least six weeks before treatment. You should also avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning.
Results vary from person to person. Multiple treatment sessions are required and must be attended consistently to achieve meaningful results. No specific outcome or permanent hair removal can be guaranteed.
Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable and remain valid for two years from the date of the first session.
However, if a fully paid package is canceled due to force majeure (circumstances beyond one's control) and there are remaining sessions, the salon will calculate the per-session rate by dividing the amount paid by six and will refund the unused sessions. Please note that an administrative fee of 25% per session will be added.
